How to report a backdrop that uses your copyright or trademark.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

What this covers

Visitors make backdrops from logos, websites and photos they choose. Our terms ask them to use only what they own or have permission to use.

If a backdrop on wallogo.com, in our gallery or behind a Wallogo backdrop link, uses your copyrighted work or your trademark without permission, tell us and we'll look into it. We respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and to similar notices under Norwegian and EU law.

What to send us

  • Your name, and how to reach you (email, address or phone)
  • The work or trademark you own, or act for
  • Where you saw it on Wallogo: the page address or the backdrop link
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
  • A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or may act for them
  • Your signature (a typed full name is fine in an email)

Where to send it

Copyright and trademark notices

Wallogo.com

Email: hello@wallogo.com

Bjørnøystraen 2, 4085 Hundvåg, Norway

What happens next

We check the notice. If it's valid, we remove the backdrop or block access to it. If the person who made it gave us an email address, we tell them what was removed and why.

If yours was removed by mistake

Email hello@wallogo.com with the backdrop link, why you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details and your signature. We'll review it and may pass your reply to the person who sent the notice.

Logos in our examples

Our gallery and example pages show well-known logos to demonstrate what Wallogo makes. They belong to their owners and don't mean those companies endorse us. If you'd like your logo taken out of our examples, email us and we'll remove it.
