What happens to the old version when I make a change?
Nothing. Every change is saved as a new version of the same backdrop, so you can always go back. When you buy the backdrop, every version is included.
Does the free preview have a watermark?
Yes. The preview and the small free download carry a Wallogo mark. When you buy the backdrop, you download the clean full HD file.
What format and size is the download?
A JPG at 1920×1080 pixels (16:9), the size Zoom, Teams and Google Meet recommend.
Is it free to try?
Yes. You get 5 free tries a day, and every new backdrop or change uses one. A try that fails doesn't count. No account needed.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts and no passwords. Each backdrop has its own private link, and that link is all you need.
