Refund policy

One payment per backdrop, and we put it right if something goes wrong.

Our promise

If something is wrong with your download, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

What you pay for

  • You pay once per backdrop, currently $4.99. The price is shown before you pay.
  • You get the full HD download (1920×1080 JPG, no watermark) of that backdrop and every version made from it.
  • There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
  • You can see a watermarked preview with your 5 free tries a day before you decide to buy.

How to ask for a fix or a refund

  1. Email hello@wallogo.com within 14 days of buying.
  2. Include the link to your backdrop (it's in your receipt email) or the email address you paid with.
  3. Tell us what's wrong. We'll fix it, or refund the payment to the card you paid with.

Refunds go back through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights under the law

This promise comes on top of your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. For everything else about buying, see the terms of service.
